Sify discusses these ratings with the client, along with other considerations like the process criticality, technology environment, time & scope factors and people issues, to arrive at a detailed transition roadmap for the engagement.
The transition roadmap is further elaborated into process level transition plans, with specific measurable action items and performance parameters.
