Network Scan Services

One of the world's largest automakers wanted a network scan analyst to support rogue device scan services and execute the device resolution process identified in the scans in cooperation with its own site management team. Sify started network analysis for the customer with its team of CCNA certified professionals. It took over the ownership of the NIRD tool of the customer and helped in prioritization and cleanup of rogue devices. It also managed the customer's WNS mailbox. The Sify team worked with the scan lead and helped in creation of the LAN map for the entire network. It identified the bugs in the ticketing system. Sify also managed the shared mail box for the customer.
