Sify with its rapid transition methodology (starting the offshore support in a week from the day the engagement began) started supporting the client'sinfrastructure offshore. All regional support issueswere ironed out and process standardization wasplaced.
Sify co-ordinates with service providers across all these regions - APAC, Europe and US, for network outages within 30 minutes. Strict SLA's are in place to resolve all tickets. Standardization of operational procedures and pro-active approach to failures has given the steady improvement in the response times.
